Information on anxiety, depression, suicide, addiction, divorce, and substance use is available online using the William James INTERFACE Referral Service website. In addition, Braintree residents seeking assistance locating a trained mental health professional can call the Helpline at 888-244-6843 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. Individuals of all ages (childhood to adulthood) can be matched with a licensed mental health provider. The Interface Referral Service Helpline strives to meet the location, insurance and specialty needs of each individual.
The Interface Referral Helpline is not for medical or behavioral health emergencies. Braintree residents needing immediate assistance should call 911. Individuals seeking substance use treatment resources should call the Massachusetts Substance Abuse Information and Education helpline at 800-327-5050.
