On March 18, 2020, the Norfolk County Superior Court issued an Order allowing for the postponement of the March 28, 2020 Special Election. Based on the circumstances surrounding the current health emergency caused by COVID-19, and in an effort to prevent exposure of the virus to voters and poll workers, the Special Election will be rescheduled to a later date during this fiscal year. A copy of the order can be found here. A copy of the order can be found here.
