On Wednesday, May 18th the Town will be hosting a public meeting to discuss the sale of the former Foster School located at 30 Foster Rd. The meeting will be held at the former Foster School at 5:30 pm in the gymnasium.
The Town is currently seeking proposals from qualified proposers for the sale of the former Foster School. Proposals are due on June 6, 2022 by 12:00 noon to Lorraine See, the Town's Grant Writer and Contract Administrator. Currently, the Town does not have an approved buyer or proposed plans for the former Foster School.
The Town will not have an approved buyer or proposed plans until June 6, 2022 at 12:00 noon. After the deadline, bids will be opened in a public setting - a date and time for the bid openings has not been set but will be made available to the public on the Town’s website at www.braintreema.gov . The Town will award the bid to the highest-priced proposal from a responsive and responsible proposer.
