[ARCHIVED] Flu Clinic at Town Hall November 18

Flu Clinic Post 1218

Flu Clinic at Town Hall in the Public Health Nurse's Office on the Basement Level. 

Monday November 18 from 12:30PM-2:30PM. The family clinic is offered to adults 18 years and older and students grades 5-12. Residents/participants are requested to bring their Health Insurance Cards.
