Mayor Kokoros is excited to announce that Braintree will celebrate Halloween this year on Monday, October 31st. Trick-or-treating hours will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Additionally, The Braintree Community Youth Center is hosting a Halloween Party / Oktoberfest at 74 Pond Street on Saturday, October 29th, from 6:00-9:00 p.m. Costumes are optional. There will be refreshments and music. This free event is open to middle school- and high school-aged youths.
The Norfolk County Labor Council in Partnership with the United Way will be holding a food drive this Saturday, October 29th from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon at Town Hall. Donations will be made through a drive up and drop off system. All proceeds will be donated to the Marge Crispin Center.
The Delta Lodge located at 403 Washington St. is holding a Trunk-or-Treat on Saturday, October 29th at 1:00 pm. The event is free for all attendees.
