The Town of Braintree, pursuant to M.G.L. 30B, is seeking proposals from nonprofit organizations and government entities that provide opioid-related services to Braintree residents.
Proposals are due on March 13, 2026 until 12:00 PM (noon) via Commbuys or to Stormy Leung, Braintree Town Hall, 1 John F. Kennedy Memorial Drive, Braintree, MA 02184. Price and technical proposals must be submitted separately, sealed, and clearly marked. It is the sole responsibility of a vendor to ensure its proposal is received, regardless of the manner of delivery, by the deadline. It is strongly recommended that proposals are sent in advance of the due date and time. Late proposals will not be accepted.
The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all proposals.
