The Town of Braintree seeks sealed bids for the construction of a replacement access ramp at the following location: Braintree Town Hall 1 J.F.K. Memorial Drive, Braintree, MA 02184

A site visit is scheduled for June 14, 2023 at 1:00pm. Filed sub-bids are due by 12:00 PM, June 16, 2023. Sealed bids are due by 12:00 PM, July 12, 2023. Bids are due to the Braintree Municipal License & Inspections Department office, 1 J.F.K. Memorial Drive, Braintree, MA 02184, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud.

 Bids that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. Late bids will not be accepted. DCAMM Certification, Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, and Labor & Materials Payment Bonds are required. The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all bids.
