On Friday, October 9, 2020 the Town of Braintree filed a Notice of Claim seeking an adjudicatory hearing on the September 29, 2020 MassDEP Final Decision where MassDEP decided that the Electric Motor Drive was not the Best Available Control Technology to limit nitrous oxide and other pollutant emissions from the Compressor Station. The Town of Braintree also joined the Town of Weymouth’s Notice of Claim (appeal).
