2025 Project Updates

Construction updates will be provided below throughout the construction season. If you have any questions or concerns about a project, please call the Engineering Department at (781) 794-8010.

• Alida Road - All work has been completed for the 2025 construction season. Roadway milling and final paving will occur in 2026. 

• Arborway Drive, Arthur Street, Autumn Street and Vinedale Road - Before the end of the 2025 construction season (expected December 2025 - January 2026, weather permitting), the final layer of asphalt will be completed on sidewalks, parking aprons and driveway aprons. Loam and seed will be placed in grass strips and behind sidewalks.
  
  Additional work will be completed in spring of 2026, including:

  • The contractor will reseed grass strips and behind sidewalks.

  • Resetting of some walkways as required

  • Construction of a sidewalk on the odd side of Vinedale Road 

  • Reconstruction of a sidewalk on Arthur Street between Gordon Road and Edgehill Road 

  • Constructing of Concrete ADA curb Ramps 

• Roadway and Sidewalk Reconstruction has been completed on Hollingsworth Avenue, John Mahar Highway, Weston Avenue and Wood Road.
