In 2024, we worked with Environmental Partners Group, LLC, to assess 27 of Braintree's culverts. Looking at factors such as structural integrity and slope stability, culverts were given scores representing their condition and vulnerability.
Using this information, the Stormwater Division is better equipped to prioritize culverts for rehabilitation, retrofit, or replacement.
